Effective Communication: De-escalating and Difficult Behaviours (Webinars x 2)
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
In many work environments, we may encounter clients or customers (or other stakeholders) who are anxious, upset or concerned, and communicate these emotions in challenging ways , which can take its toll on you and your colleagues.
These 2 interactive webinars will enable participants to identify early and de-escalate situations of unease and confrontation both over the phone and in person. We will empower you with tools and tips to deal with difficult conversations with confidence and to recover from a difficult encounter more easily.
Attendance at both webinars is required to complete the training. The total cost for the two sessions is $365 + GST.
To register, please book the 19 August session. You will then be automatically registered for the second session on 26 August.
Dates: Wednesday 19 + 26 August respectively (1.00pm – 2.30pm)
