Planning for Omicron (Webinar)

February 2, 2022 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

As the impact of Omicron in our communities is realised, employers will need to consider how they manage the predicted absences, health and safety requirements, pay obligations, government subsidies and staff welfare, all while balancing the need to maintain operations.

This 1-hour online seminar which is part presentation and part discussion with Q and A, provides an opportunity for employers and managers to discuss and consider the ramifications of these impacts and will provide guidance on matters for consideration and planning.

Topics covered will include:

  • Analysis of what we know
  • The rights of individuals and employers
  • FAQs on Omicron
  • Isolation requirements
  • Identifying the risks (real and imagined)
  • Methods for managing those risks
  • Making a plan

Participants will also receive:

  • a copy of the presentation

If you are unable to attend but wish to receive the information, the initial presentation delivered by Kay Chapman (30 minutes) will be available to purchase for $65 + GST. Click here if you wish to purchase the recording.
