ABOUT THIS THINK TANK
There are many questions and scenarios that businesses need to consider and plan for with managing changing Alert levels and with the introduction of vaccines to the country.
To further assist businesses with the many questions and considerations we are hosting a Covid Think Tank to provide an opportunity for employers to discuss and consider the possible future ramifications, the legislative and practical implications and share ideas.
Some of the topics we will cover are:
- Will you require your staff to be vaccinated, can you require them to be
- if they are not vaccinated and COVID gets into New Zealand, will you have to allow them to work remotely or not at all for their own protection?
- What are your health and safety obligations when someone chooses not to be vaccinated or fails to wear PPE?
