Our In House Rules

We found this on a blog and thought it made a great set of rules for the workplace. We added a couple of things to fit our business.

You are Allowed

Our teams' rules consist of the things that are allowed.

You are allowed to:

- Make the decision you think is the right decision to make.

- Start something that needs to be started.

- Ask for help whenever you want it.

- Help others whenever you can (even if they don't ask for it).

- Go home at 5pm, take lunch breaks, and make personal appointments in work time.

- Bring your pet to work.

- Take time off to do something that inspires, excites and energizes you.
