Introducing David Kettley

I have the pleasure of welcoming our new consultant, David Kettley. David is a great addition to the team with a wealth of experience. He comes to us from the position of HR Manager with the NZ Police where he has been instrumental in leading culture change within the workforce. David has also been involved in:

• investigating and overseeing complex and sensitive issues with specific oversight from the Independent Police Conduct Authority
• developing and implementing a Performance and Disciplinary Framework for the Cook Islands Police
• the Pike Rive Disaster as a member of the Incident Management Team based in Greymouth with specific responsibility for the organisational plan, staffing and logistics; and
• assisting in staffing and co-ordination following the Canterbury Earthquakes.

David has expertise in collective bargaining, performance management, organisational development, policy development and implementation, change management and health & safety.

David will join the Nelson team in early March.
