Employment Vacancy with Bolitho Property Management

New Finance/PA Role

  • 20-hours per week plus occasional additional hours offered
  • 8:30am – 12:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Working for a progressive Richmond-based company
  • Includes a mix of accounting and PA duties

Bolitho Property Management consists of a professional, experienced and positive-minded team of property managers.  They put their clients’ experience first and value integrity and honesty.

A new finance/PA position has been created to assist this growing company.  It is a part-time position that offers an interesting variety of accounts, reception cover and Personal Assistant duties.

So, do you have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting/financial administration role;
  • Proven accounting experience, including paying invoices, reconciling accounts, completing GST returns and preparing reports;
  • Experience with Xero or another accounting system;
  • Administration experience including managing correspondence and using computers;
  • An ability to learn quickly?
